For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for – Basic Technical Support with Czech and English (Part-time).

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance through voice and email support channels;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to a variety of electronic devices;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, timely, and effective solutions;
• Collaborate with the support team to address escalated technical issues;
• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Very good language skills in Czech and English;
• Affinity for knowledge of electronic devices;
• Excellent communication skills for both voice and email support;
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide user-friendly solutions;
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
