Responsibilities:
- Customer oriented, deliver first-level IT support by addressing fundamental hardware,
- Identify and troubleshoot challenges related to Point of Sale (POS) and logistics systems,
- Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights securely and efficiently;
- Respond to general technical inquiries while ensuring that more complex issues are referred
- Accurately log, track, and follow up on support requests through a ticketing system to
- Provide clear, professional, and effective communication while ensuring a high level of
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and very good English;
- A strong customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing support and assistance;
- Problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset;
- Previous technical knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory – comprehensive training will
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- A positive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn approach to new challenges.
