Yor daily responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ requests and ensuring a high level of customer service;
• Serve food or package it for takeaway;
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for tableware and all the facilities;
• Accept payments and operate cash register;
• Assemble and present completed orders;
• Replenish food supplies when required.

Job expectations:

• A high school diploma;
• Previous customer service experience is preferred;
• Working knowledge of promoting, selling, and packaging food products;
• The ability to process bills and cash registers;
• Experience working with POS systems;
• The ability to adhere to and uphold sanitization standards;
• Excellent listening and communication skill;
• A positive attitude and a polite and friendly demeanour.

The work location:

• Sofia, Sofia International Airport Terminal 2

(Easy transport from/to the metro station, Bus transport 184, 84)
