For one of our clients – a global leader in delivering outstanding customer experiences, we are looking for a Backoffice Moderator with German or Portuguese and English for one of the world’s leading social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, images, videos, and text, to ensure compliance with platform rules;
• Investigate flagged content from automated systems or user reports and take action to maintain a safe online environment;
• Apply company policies and safety measures to protect users and build trust on the platform;
• Identify trends to improve moderation processes and boost efficiency;
• Make quick, informed decisions using critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Collaborate with the team to enforce consistent content moderation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Very good written and verbal communication in German or Portuguese and English;
• Comfortable using computers, digital tools, and content management systems;
• Able to review large volumes of content accurately under tight deadlines;
• Adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
• Able to work on-site in a collaborative office setting.
