We are currently looking for a Backoffice Moderator with Danish or Italian or Norwegian or Polish to join an exciting international project for one of our global clients — a recognized leader in the digital solutions industry. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and high-quality digital environment for users around the world, while gaining experience in a dynamic and multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain a safe and trusted online environment by reviewing platform activity;
• Identify and investigate content that may violate community standards or pose potential risks;
• Handle trust and safety cases accurately and efficiently while following internal guidelines;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen moderation processes and platform security;
• Contribute to risk analysis by preparing reports and sharing valuable insights.

Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in Danish, Italian, Norwegian, or Polish, along with excellent English skills;
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a similar field is considered an advantage;
• A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical mindset;
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Availability to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
