For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Backoffice Moderator with Czech or Danish or Greek or Polish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve safety policies and enforcement;
• Monitor platform activity to spot fraud, policy violations, and new risks;
• Support content moderation to maintain a safe and positive environment;
• Stay up to date with online safety trends and emerging threats;
• Help develop strategies to reduce risks and strengthen platform security;
• Investigate safety incidents and ensure quick, effective resolution;
• Prepare clear reports to guide decisions and assess potential risks.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Czech, Danish, Greek, or Polish, with excellent English skills;
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in data analysis, safety, or related fields;
• Previous experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, or content moderation is an advantage;
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify suspicious activity;
• Confident using digital platforms and solving complex problems;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently;
• Willing to work full-time (8-hour shifts) in a 24/7 operational environment.
