For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Backoffice Digital Security and Compliance Expert with German or French and English (Day and Night Shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor platform activity to identify fraud, policy violations, and emerging threats;
• Investigate trust and safety incidents, ensuring quick and effective resolution;
• Collaborate with teams to improve safety policies and enforcement;
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to strengthen platform security;
• Assist with content moderation and ensure compliance with community guidelines;
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving online threats to refine safety measures;
• Generate reports and insights to aid in decision-making and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German or French with strong English skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in data analysis or a related field, or relevant experience is a plus;
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, or content moderation is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills to detect and assess suspicious activity;
• Familiar with online platforms, and skilled in problem-solving and communication;
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple tasks;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large amounts of information accurately.
