For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Backoffice Digital Risk Operations Specialist with Czech or Norwegian or Polish or Spanish or Danish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play an important role in creating a safer digital space by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements;
• Evaluate content against platform policies and community standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience;
• Detect and take action on content that may be harmful, misleading, or in violation of platform guidelines;
• Make timely, objective, and well-reasoned moderation decisions while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
• Achieve quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
• Stay informed about policy updates and apply new guidelines confidently in your daily work;
• Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to share knowledge, improve workflows, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, or Danish (both written and spoken);
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher);
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to make balanced decisions;
• Confidence in working with content that may occasionally be sensitive or graphic;
• Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule;
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing policies and priorities;
• Previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or a similar field is an advantage, but not required.
