For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Backoffice Content Analyst with German and English (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve advertiser campaigns before they go live;
• Ensure all content is safe, compliant, and high-quality;
• Quickly classify and flag inappropriate text, images, videos, and audio;
• Handle inquiries via email and ticketing systems efficiently;
• Work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Excellent German and strong English skills;
• Passion for pop culture and active on social media;
• Sharp attention to detail and quick decision-making;
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks;
• Comfortable with MS Office, Google Drive; Salesforce or live chat experience is a plus.

Our client offers: *Working time: 8-hours shifts, 09:00-18:00 and 11:00-20:00 – Monday till Friday, hybrid model;
