For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Backoffice Assistant for Route Settlements - OTC with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of top-tier services to essential stakeholders such as clients, suppliers,
employees, executives, and regulatory authorities;
  • Manage the completion of Route Settlements tasks efficiently, accurately, and within the
established timelines;
  • Resolve outstanding queries by collaborating with the Warehouse/Logistics departments and
external service providers;
  • Provide necessary documentation to customers in response to their requests and requirements;
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with various departments to ensure
smooth operations;
  • Address and process any discrepancies or issues related to route settlements promptly and professionally;
  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy of data entry and documentation related to the settlement
process.

Qualifications:

  • German (B1-B2) and English (B2);
  • Prior experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly advantageous;
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and its advanced features;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively;
  • Attention to detail with a focus on ensuring precision in all aspects of work;
  • Capability to work independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines;
  • A customer-centric approach, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
