For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Backoffice Assistant for Route Settlements - OTC with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).

For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Backoffice Assistant for Route Settlements - OTC with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of top-tier services to essential stakeholders such as clients, suppliers,
- Manage the completion of Route Settlements tasks efficiently, accurately, and within the
- Resolve outstanding queries by collaborating with the Warehouse/Logistics departments and
- Provide necessary documentation to customers in response to their requests and requirements;
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with various departments to ensure
- Address and process any discrepancies or issues related to route settlements promptly and professionally;
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy of data entry and documentation related to the settlement
Qualifications:
- German (B1-B2) and English (B2);
- Prior experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly advantageous;
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and its advanced features;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively;
- Attention to detail with a focus on ensuring precision in all aspects of work;
- Capability to work independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines;
- A customer-centric approach, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
