Back Office Specialist with German and English

Sofia | Hybrid Model

The role is suitable for candidates with strong analytical skills who enjoy working with data, administration, and communication in an international business environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve order-related cases and exceptions in internal systems
• Analyze data and identify discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and documentation
• Communicate with corporate clients and internal teams via email and internal platforms
• Maintain accurate documentation and update information in company systems
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operational processes

Requirements:

• Very good German (B2) and English (B1–B2)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in administration, customer support, order management, or data processing is considered an advantage
• University degree is considered an advantage
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
