We are looking for a responsible employee to become part of our team as Back office specialist in Transformers Sales Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with administration documents and questions;
• Data processing of sales information into the appropriate databases;
• Provision of customer support for standardized administrative issues;
• Аssists the Sales Manager with the preparation of various reports;
• Help in making different content for presentations – photos, slides, graphs;
• Preparing orders for business trips and providing reports after.

Requirements for the employee:

• Higher education;
• 1 year of experience;
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken;
• Medium level of Excel;
• Teamwork oriented;
• Ability to multitask;
• Focus oriented to results;
• Good comunication skills;
• Person who has a desire to develop.
