Grove Global Consult is a leading consulting and recruitment agency dedicated to serving the global private sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Back Office Manager to join one of our prestigious clients.

Responsibilities:

• Implement robust Know Your Client (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) procedures for all existing and potential clients.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, accurately recorded in client folders, and updated in the Company’s CRM software.
• Validate provided documentation using independent third-party electronic software.
• Process applications for Individual and Corporate Live Trading Accounts, Affiliate Accounts (Introducing Broker), and Money Manager Accounts in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Amend client accounts (e.g., leverage, profile) in the Company’s CRM software, MT4, and MT5 platforms.
• Maintain client records (e.g., agreements, ID documents, applications, KYC information) in electronic form.
• Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve client issues promptly.
• Identify and address opportunities for improving systems to enhance department performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience within a CFD broker or Investment Firm (mandatory).
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High levels of integrity, discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Available to work full-time remotely, with the option to work from our UAE or Cyprus offices.
