Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and adaptable Back Office Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring smooth back-office and client-related operations. Our client is a global Gametech provider, offering thrilling player experiences.

Back Office Tasks:

• Perform data entry and management tasks accurately.
• Assist in report generation and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Minimal client interactions

Content Moderation:

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets client’s guidelines.
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate content as per company policies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content quality.
• Stay updated with latest content trends and moderation practices

Qualifications:

• Excellent written skills in Bulgarian.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a back-office or customer support role will be considered as an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and verbal

Due to job specifics, the role is office based, in Sofia's best business working space.
