For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Training Specialist (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Train and onboard new employees to master client-specific sales skills;
• Coach teams to hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences;
• Design and deliver engaging, effective sales training programs;
• Use data and insights to create winning sales strategies;
• Track and improve the impact of training initiatives;
• Foster a culture of learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills;
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets;
• Skilled at problem-solving and using data to drive results;
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
• Able to engage and inspire diverse audiences;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
