For one of our trusted clients, a leading international company, we are looking to hire a fully remote B2B Sales Support Specialist with German or Dutch!

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off;
• Monitor Revenue, Quoting tool status, and pipeline to identify revenue gaps or duplications;
• Investigate and reconcile billing/invoicing issues, including disputes, and credits;
• Support forecasting processes by joining or leading closing calls, tracking deal progression, and preparing forecast files;
• Track and record customer activity in a timely manner in systems of record;
• Help triage troubleshooting tickets.

Requirements:

• Fluent level of German or Dutch (both verbal and written);
• Very good English level;
• Previous experience in customer or technical support would considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
