B2B Sales Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to consultative sales, always prioritizing the client’s goals.
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertisers, driving revenue growth through product expertise and strategic guidance.
- Identify new sales opportunities and deliver tailored advertising solutions that align with each client’s objectives.
- Enhance the client experience by advising on the most effective product adoption strategies for their specific needs.
- Proactively reach out and respond to clients via phone and email, providing regular performance assessments, actionable insights, and recommendations to optimize ad campaigns and increase ROI.
- Build deep knowledge of social media advertising platforms, understand performance drivers, identify trends, and troubleshoot challenges to deliver impactful results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a focus on outbound or inbound sales.
- Solid understanding of advertising concepts and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive multi-touch cross-sell/upsell opportunities over time.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Professional phone sales skills, with a proactive, helpful, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Fluency in German is required.
