B2B Sales Executive – Fragrance & Cosmetics
Location: Gyueshevo 83, Sofia

Your Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you will:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients (retailers, boutiques, e-commerce, distributors). Manage full sales cycles – from lead generation to deal closure. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients. Promote our unique product portfolio tailored to market needs. Handle negotiations, commercial offers, pricing, and documentation. Coordinate with supply chain & warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery. Use CRM systems and Excel to track performance and client engagement. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience in B2B sales (beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred). Fluent in English (spoken & written). Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals. Skilled in communication, negotiation, and objection handling. Strong digital literacy (Excel, CRM, email, online platforms). Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Bonus Points:
Experience with international wholesale clients (Europe, USA, Asia). Familiarity with ERP or tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com. Additional language skills. Passion for beauty, fashion, or retail.
