For our client, a rapidly growing, internationally connected wine and champagne distribution company, headquartered in Germany and now expanding into Bulgaria and the surrounding region we are looking for high-performing, entrepreneurial B2B Sales Executive to take the lead in driving growth in the regional market.

Your Role

You will be responsible for leading our B2B sales efforts in Bulgaria and/or neighboring countries, focusing on supermarkets, wholesalers, and national hotel and restaurant chains. The role involves full-cycle sales: from lead generation and client acquisition to building long-term relationships and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure contracts with key B2B clients across Bulgaria (supermarkets, restaurant chains, hotels, wholesalers)
  • Develop and manage a high-performing sales pipeline focused on volume and long-term value
  • Present and promote the company’s premium product portfolio, including some of Europe’s most sought-after wine and champagne brands
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to refine offerings and strategies
  • Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and the founding team to shape the market entry and long-term success in Bulgaria
  • Expand reach to surrounding markets where relevant (e.g., Greece, Romania, Serbia)
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in selling wine, champagne, or spirits into the retail or HoReCa sector (supermarkets, hotel/restaurants, wholesalers) – mandatory
  • Strong existing network in the Bulgarian beverage or food retail industry
  • Fluent in English or German – one is a must; both is a plus
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and build territory from the ground up
  • A passion for wine and champagne is a major plus
