For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are looking for – B2B Sales Consultant with German or French (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted point of contact for B2B clients through phone and written communication;
• Support business customers using a global online payments platform, including digital

transfers and payment solutions;

• Handle account, transaction, and service-related inquiries with accuracy and confidence;
• Present platform features and services clearly, highlighting value and benefits;
• Recognize client needs and proactively suggest relevant solutions and add-on services;
• Build long-term partnerships with clients through a consultative, sales-driven approach.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales and/or Customer Support within a BPO or similar environment;
• Strong B2B communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Fluency in German or French (C1) and English;
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex cases professionally;
• Experience with online payment or financial platforms is a plus;
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
