For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are looking for – B2B Sales Consultant with German or French (Remote).

For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are looking for – B2B Sales Consultant with German or French (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for B2B clients through phone and written communication;
- Support business customers using a global online payments platform, including digital
- Handle account, transaction, and service-related inquiries with accuracy and confidence;
- Present platform features and services clearly, highlighting value and benefits;
- Recognize client needs and proactively suggest relevant solutions and add-on services;
- Build long-term partnerships with clients through a consultative, sales-driven approach.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales and/or Customer Support within a BPO or similar environment;
- Strong B2B communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Fluency in German or French (C1) and English;
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex cases professionally;
- Experience with online payment or financial platforms is a plus;
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
