For one of our clients а global tech firm specializing in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI solutions across various industries, we are looking for – B2B First-Level Technical Support with German and English (Remote).

For one of our clients а global tech firm specializing in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI solutions across various industries, we are looking for – B2B First-Level Technical Support with German and English (Remote).
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical help to business clients through phone, email, or chat;
- Handle common problems with devices like computers, tablets, printers, and phones;
- Help customers install or remove programs and check if everything works correctly;
- Support users with login issues, password resets, and internet connection problems;
- Follow simple step-by-step guides to solve known issues or report them to higher-level support;
- Keep records of customer cases and follow up when needed.
Qualifications:
- Verry good command of both German and English – written and spoken;
- Previous experience in customer support is required;
- Basic computer skills, including Windows, MS Office, and web browsing;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Friendly and clear communication style;
- Willingness to learn new tools and follow instructions closely.

- The working hours are 8-hours shifts (Monday – Friday), on schedule between 07:00 – 21:00;
