Responsibilities:
- Offer tailored advertising solutions that align with client goals and business needs;
- Drive growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients;
- Recommend campaign optimizations and introduce additional products that add value;
- Maintain regular contact via phone and email, providing proactive support and insights;
- Build lasting client relationships based on trust and performance;
- Stay up to date with digital ad tools, trends, and best practices to deliver top results.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outbound or consultative selling;
- Strong communicator with a goal-oriented, customer-first mindset;
- Able to spot growth potential and handle objections with confidence;
- Fluent in Hungarian, with excellent English communication skills;
- Comfortable working with KPIs and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting;
- Quick to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player.
