For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a B2B Client Growth Consultant with German and English (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a B2B Client Growth Consultant with German and English (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through renewals, upsells, and new opportunities within existing accounts;
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio and build strong, long-term business relationships;
- Lead smooth onboarding journeys from purchase to full product adoption;
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize product value through best practices and tailored recommendations;
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience;
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for clear pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills;
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus;
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and systems.
