Healthy Bars Ltd. is an innovative, modern, and rapidly growing company guided by the motto: “BARS THAT REACH THE WORLD”. The company develops and produces protein bars under the Private Label model. The products of Healthy Bars meet numerous international quality standards and are sold in more than 46 countries worldwide. In connection with the company’s expansion and the construction of a new production facility, we are looking to add to our team a motivated and experienced B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERT:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth;
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients and partners;
- Negotiate contract terms and coordinate with internal departments for order execution;
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and proactively propose new products based on their needs;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to commercial strategies;
- Track invoicing and payments, work with CRM/ERP systems;
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors;
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships;
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, data analysis, and market strategies;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
- Fluency in English (German is considered an advantage);
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
