Regarding with the expansion of the Commercial Department" we are looking for a passionate and results-driven B2B Business Development Expert to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key clients.
The role of B2B Business Development Expert is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals and will contribute to the development and execution of our sales strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key B2B clients to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships;
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, expand the customer base, and drive new business development in existing and potential markets;
- Lead negotiations with clients, prepare commercial offers, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer needs, and spot new business opportunities;
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, deals, and sales progress in our CRM system (e.g., Zeron, HubSpot);
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client meetings.
We are looking for someone with:
- University degree in Business administration, Economics or related field;
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development;
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian (German is a plus);
- A keen understanding of client needs and the ability to develop solutions that align with their business objectives;
- Ability to track and analyze sales performance, using data to drive improvements and achieve goals;
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Zeron, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred);
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to drive results and provide exceptional service to clients;
