We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor with Czech to join the NIKE team on a part-time basis (0.5 FTE / 4 hours per day). In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing quality, checking language accuracy, and supporting service excellence for Czech-related operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Czech and English communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and an interest in quality monitoring and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits

• Review customer interactions and internal outputs for quality and accuracy
• Assess compliance with internal standards and client expectations
• Identify errors, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

• Support language and content quality

• Evaluate Czech language quality and consistency
• Help ensure communication is clear, correct, and aligned with brand expectations
• Flag recurring translation or phrasing issues

• Provide feedback and reporting

• Share audit findings in a structured and constructive way
• Support reporting on quality trends and observations
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve overall performance

Requirements:

• Language skills

• Czech: B2
• English: B2

• Comfortable working with quality standards and review processes
