The Own Brand department plays a vital role in SOpharmacy, being the one leading and implementing the inspiring and challenging projects with focus on the development of the own brands portfolio for Bulgaria, Serbia and Belarus.
For our Own Brand’s team we are currently exploring the market for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to strengthen the expertise of the department and support our business development ambitions by taking active ownership of the Own Brand Assistant role. For our Own Brand’s team we are currently exploring the market for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to strengthen the expertise of the department and support our business development ambitions by taking active ownership of the Own Brand Assistant role. What we expect from you: Deep diving into our Own Brand world of product inspiration, new categories development and focus on the added value of the holistic healthcare approach, you will be a multi-tasking right hand to the team and:
- Participate and assists in the research, development and implementation processes of own brand products (new and current) and interacts with Product Development Specialist and Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
- Follow up on commitments and deadlines to departments and partners, including moving the paperwork in the invoices part - submit information to the concerned departments and completes the necessary files and track the status of payment documents.
- Interact with Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance teams
- Prepare regular performance related reports, statements and presentations for the products in the categories for which he/she works.
- Manage the process of gathering and preparing all necessary files regarding the smooth management of the department's promotions activation and communication process.
- Actively support the preparation of the labeling process for deliveries of products managed by the Own Brands team (label preparation, communication with printing house, coordination with Central Warehouse)
- Assists the Own Brands Commercial Marketing Specialist in the preparation of the implementation of various promotional, image and advertising activities and events, as well as in measuring the effectiveness of promotional campaigns
- Maintain an up-to-date database of items and vendors in order to track contract performance in the Retail Services department - activities, product listings, planograms, stock reporting and preparation of billing reports.
- Communicate with agencies, designers and printers in relation to the production of promotional materials, visions to partners, manufacturers and suppliers of the Own Brands team managed portfolio.
Тhe skills and competencies required for the rolе: Our soul mate job holder will have a successful professional story on a similar position and/or knowledge with focus on supporting product development, marketing and/or commercial activities, acquired within the pharmaceutical, FMCG or another dynamic and regulations sensitive business segment, accompanied by:
- Proven ability to maintain fruitful relationship with diverse audience of internal and external clients/ partners
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, complemented by attention to detail, pro-active approach and natural &professional curiosity to learn and explore
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- IT literacy (MS office, Excel, SAP or any ERP) as a valuable asset to the skills’ set
