Assistant to Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Proactively assists the Plant manager for organising and overseeing the process;
• Collaborates with Plant Manager and sets strategic goals and vision for the site;
• Participates in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, etc.;
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping;
• Communicates with employees about performance expectations and gives useful feedback to them;
• Determines KPIs and measures them on a regular basis;
• Adheres to company's rules and regulations.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Previous working experience on a similiar position;
• Degree in Technical education or similar relevant field;
• English language proficiency (C1 level)
• Experience in working with MS office and SAP
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Procative problem solver.
