Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support the Operations Manager and train staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Support and monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Support and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus.
• Support the Operations Manager in preparing budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
• Analyze operational data and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Operations Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
