Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Support the Operations Manager and train staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Support and monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Support and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus.
- Support the Operations Manager in preparing budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
- Analyze operational data and implement improvements.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Operations Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
