- Organizing and administering international and intra-European transports
- Communication with suppliers, agents, and carriers
- Creating shipments and coordinating deliveries to warehouses and fulfillment centers (NL, DE, BG, IT)
- Preparing and verifying customs and clearance documents
- Working with internal software systems (ClickUp, RocketBuy, Smart Storage, etc.)
- Administrative tasks: inbound and outbound processing of goods, reports, files, and documentation
- Participation in weekly meetings with the Supply & Buying team
- *Requirements:**
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding – an advantage, but not mandatory
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work with various software tools
- Good communication skills
