For one of our clients - is a worldwide leader in eco-friendly freight handling solutions for ports, terminals, distribution centers, and heavy industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role - Assistant Accountant.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals;
  • Assist in managing outgoing payments and incoming invoices;
  • Record financial transactions and updating accounting systems;
  • Help senior accountants with various accounting tasks, audits, and tax preparations;
  • Adhere to internal control procedures and accounting policies as per CAS and the internal
control framework;
  • Handle ad-hoc requests promptly;
  • Assist in the month-end closing process and preparing necessary documents;
  • Foster collaborative relationships with team members and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial operations;
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  • Experience in handling basic queries;
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving skills;
  • Strong ability to work effectively within a team.
