Assets and Liabilities Management Analyst, Sofia

Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support our team as an:

Assets and Liabilities Management Analyst

Уou will have the opportunity to apply your potential by:

Participate in key bank processes and projects.

Work with world leading financial software and receive proper training.

Have regular communication with the senior management and the parent company.

Have the opportunity to take ownership of financial risk management processes.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and enhance internal governance frameworks for liquidity risk management.

Improve internal policies, procedures and control mechanisms related to liquidity management.

Ensure compliance with local and international liquidity regulations.

Participate in risk appetite calibration and scenario analysis.

Provide subject matter expertise on liquidity risk and governance to senior management and internal committees.

Drive improvements in internal reporting, including liquidity risk metrics and dashboards.

Engage with regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders to support governance requirements.

Have an active role in group-wide projects related to financial risk management.

Monitor structural and prudential ratios and their respective limits.

Qualifications and experience:

At least 2 years of previous experience in financial institution.

Bachelor`s degree in Economics, Finance or related field.

Excellent command of English.

Excellent computer literacy in MS Office.

Practical knowledge in the field of databases and SQL will be considered as an advantage.

Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks.

Proactivity, curiosity and analytical thinking.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
