Key responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and drawings for climbing gyms, including layouts for walls, training zones, and support facilities.
• Create renovation concepts and adaptive reuse solutions for gyms in existing buildings.
• Build 3D models in SketchUp or Revit for both architectural environments and climbing structures.
• Integrate architectural, structural, MEP drawings and point clouds into accurate 3D models.
• Use modern AI tools to support concept development, visualization, workflow optimization, research, and presentation preparation.
• Travel worldwide to sites to capture scans with Leica BLK 360 (training provided).
• Prepare and present architectural concepts and detailed design packages to clients.
• Generate 3D production files for climbing walls for our factory in Letnitsa.
• Coordinate with in-house structural engineers, project and product managers, and production teams.
• Communicate directly with clients to align vision with functional, climber-centered design.

Essential skills:

• Clear design vision and ability to inspire and defend ideas with confidence and creativity.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts both visually and verbally to clients and colleagues.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven; organized with strong prioritization.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and/or SketchUp + Sketchup Layout;
• Strong ability to interpret and 3D model from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good level of written and spoken English;
• Secondary Skills (not mandatory, but considered an advantage):
• Experience using AI image generation and rendering enhancement tools.
• Experience working with 3D point cloud data.
• Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Lumion or Twinmotion visualizations and animations.
• Knowledge in a second foreign language in addition to English.
• Active interest or experience in sport climbing and bouldering.
