Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing conceptual designs for new expansion projects and reconstructions of existing sites.
  • Preparing plans, controlling, and coordinating the entire process of design and construction, reconstruction, or modernization.
  • Communicating with state and municipal administration regarding the submission of documents for issuing various types of permits.
  • Communicating with design companies, and when necessary, with state and municipal services, and all authorities controlling the process.
  • Participating in tender procedures for selecting design companies, contractors, and subcontractors for the planned construction.
  • Preparing calculations (budgets) for the execution of construction activities.
  • Organizing and maintaining a database (electronic archive) of design and revision documentation.
  • Applying environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions in the construction of sites.
Our expectations from you:
  • Higher education in architecture.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of design and/or construction.
  • Proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD and MSOffice, MS Project.
  • Experience in the fields of industry, retail, engineering infrastructure, or landscaping will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in 3D software is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Self-reliance and organization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Planning and prioritization skills.
