Currently, we are looking for an experienced IT professional to hold the position of:
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Your responsibilities include leading software development teams and managing end-to-end application delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will define technology strategies, drive innovation, implement quality assurance practices for high-performance, mentor teams, manage cross-functional projects, and adopt emerging technologies.
Key requirements for the role:
University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, (Software) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in a similar management role;
5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Developer and/or Technical Lead;
Proven expertise in designing and developing Microservices Architecture;
Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Web APIs;
Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases;
Very good command of the English language;
