APART HOTEL ADMINISTRATOR BANSKO

Aparthotel in prime location in Bansko is looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations to develop additional structure and ensure an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations and overseeing ongoing renovation projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of budgeting and hotel management systems
• Knowledge of the CLOCK hotel program or another will be considered an advantage
• Reasonable Fluency in English is an essential requirement
• Calm and polite manner of service, friendly and have a positive attitude towards guests
• Responsibility in performing the tasks assigned by Directors

Job description:

• Managing and developing ongoing relationships with Tour Operators
• Welcoming, accommodating, sending off happy hotel guests;
• Accepting and finalizing guest bills and payments
• Managing reservation systems, registering guests, answering phone calls
• Providing information about the basic and additional services offered;
• Taking care of the comfortable and pleasant stay of hotel guests;
• Developing and Training reception and administration personnel in new processes.
• Managing the inspections, repairs and maintenance processes to ensure minimal guest complaints.
