The Trainer I is responsible for preparing training materials including outlines, presentations, study guides, and assessments. You will also be responsible for facilitating the Embark training program as well as facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
In this position, you will also be responsible for providing recommendations for individualized training as well as one-on-one coaching and support for new employees. In addition, you will provide periodic reporting of staff training records to the leadership and development management team.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate Embark training and onboarding Provide feedback to new employees on AML workflows Preparation of training materials to include outlines, presentations, study guides and assessments Provide summaries of Embark performance to the L+D Manager Provide recommendations for individualized training as deemed appropriate Provide one on one coaching and support to new employees Support client specific training for staff as they join new engagements Recommend training strategies to enhance the overall program and comprehension Provide periodic reporting of staff training records to the L+D Manager Oversee and engage those in between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team Development and delivery of continuing education courses Provide support to other departments as appropriate Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field Minimum 1 year of AML experience Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in related field 2+ years of AML experience CAMS or related professional certification Normal Working Hours and Conditions
Core business hours are generally 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations across different time zones.
