Responsibilities:
- Handle phone inquiries concerning customer questions about partner policies, guidelines,
- Assist with requests for real-time flight status updates and baggage tracking details;
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding fare structures, discounts, and promotional offers;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally;
- Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering high-quality customer support;
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset;
- Familiarity with digital platforms and customer support software;
- High level of patience, empathy, and adaptability when assisting customers.
