AI Platform Support Specialist with GERMAN language
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a technical support role or a similar one;
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and eagerness to work on AI-based projects;
- Previous experience in a software support position;
- Familiar with SaaS and experience using ticketing systems;
- Some knowledge of TypeScript/ JavaScript
- Some knowledge or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence or Machine learning;
- Fluent level of the GERMAN language - B2/C1 or higher;
- Very good level of English - B1+/B2;
- Ability to work on shifts.
