LEAD Consult is a dynamic, customer-oriented company, specialized in providing business and IT consulting services in the energy and financial sectors, as well as in software development and IT outsourcing. We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our Data and AI department.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in AI/ML engineering, strong programming skills in Python, deep knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and evaluation techniques, and a strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions
• Design, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for various business applications
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve decision-making
• Build and manage MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management, versioning, CI/CD, and automated retraining
• Maintain and monitor trained modelsfor performance and reliability.
• Design and develop AI-powered agents that automate internal workflows, integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, and enhance operational efficiency
• Leverage open-source LLM frameworks (such as Unsloth, PyTorch, AnythingLLM, n8n and/or others) to design, adapt, and develop AI-driven solutions
• Maintain high standards in responsible AI, bias detection, fairness, and explainability
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysist, and product teams to design scalable AI solutionsStay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
• Share AI knowledge and learning resources across teams to build company-wide AI expertise
• Create engaging learning resources (e.g. guides, tutorials, presentations) to support internal AI knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering. 4+ years in machine learning engineering, and 2+ years with focus on LLM and Gen AI
• Solid understanding of core machine learning paradigms such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, along with algorithmic approaches (e.g., decision trees, clustering, Q-learning, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Deep knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and evaluation techniques
• Strong understanding of ML Ops and model deployment practices
• Experience with Azure AI/ML Services and frameworks such as Unsloth, AnythingLLM, LangChain , etc
• Proven track record of deploying ML models to production
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases and embedding models
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering
• Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS, etc.

Desired skills and experience:

• Understanding of ML system security and threat models
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation.
