We are currently looking for AI Engineer Customer solutions.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for customer-centric use cases in banking;
• Build internal proof-of-concept (PoC) models and scale them into production-ready systems;
• Collaborate with external vendors to integrate third-party AI technologies and platforms;
• Work closely with business units and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions;
• Design and implement scalable AI architectures and pipelines;
• Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation using advanced analytics techniques;
• Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and model deployment workflows;
• Monitor and maintain AI models in production, ensuring performance and compliance.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/ AI development;
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling;
• Experience with data storage, querying, processing and pipeline tools and model deployment and serving;
• Understanding of MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
