Key Responsibilities & Required qualifications:

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for real-world business use cases
• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Integrate LLM models into existing systems and applications
• Optimize prompt design, model outputs, and overall system performance
• Collaborate with software engineers on AI-enabled features and integrations
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI system reliability and quality
• Apply strong analytical thinking, forecasting abilities, and numerical reasoning to AI behavior and outputs
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, tech-savvy approach
• Work effectively within a team-oriented environment, contributing ideas and resolving challenges constructively
• Maintain a detail-oriented, flexible, and innovative mindset throughout development cycles
• Previous experience in a similar AI-focused role will be considered an advantage
