Our client is a product company that delivers technology services to businesses in over 30 countries across Europe and the US. Their IT Hub in Bulgaria collaborates with global teams on diverse tasks, such as business consulting, software development, business operations, IT infrastructure, and system platform management. Currently they are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join the team!

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement optimization, AI algorithms and models to optimize resource allocation.
• Design data pipelines to collect and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
• Develop and maintain software tools and frameworks to support the deployment and monitoring of AI models.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years of experience in AI / ML solutions.
• Strong understanding of optimization techniques, such as linear programming, constraint programming, and metaheuristics.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization algorithms, and deep learning.
• Experience with Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas, PySpark, NumPy, SciPy, PuLP, and OR-Tools .
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles is a plus.
