Our Toyota Balkans team is seeking an AFS Program Coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you’ll do Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and development of the Toyota Service Promise (TSP) and the TSM Body & Paint programme within the dealer network, ensuring the localisation and organisation of training, performance monitoring, and the planning and execution of dealer audits/assessments with the support of external assessors, in order to ensure compliance with standards and improve the customer experience.
