You Are The Creator:
· Manage affiliate partner relationships, including onboarding prospects, nurturing relationships with existing partners as well as actively recruit new partners to the platform · Work closely with partners ensuring affiliates are up to date with the latest product updates, monitor promotions and placements to ensure maximum exposure · Create and develop affiliate guidelines and database of assets which they can use to promote the brand · Reach out to review websites and content creators to establish partnership relationships and increase the exposure of the affiliate program · Stay up to date on affiliate marketing trends to identify/implement new opportunities to enhance our performance · Find and recruit Ambassadors of Nexo for specific markets to help develop and nurture the market from the inside-out · Work with internal teams to distribute offers and promotions and remove unauthorised promotions from the channel · Analyse and report on publishers’ activity and performance, benchmark best practices and monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
What Makes You Stand Out:
· 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing with strong focus on Growth, User Acquisition, Data-driven Strategies & Performance Marketing · Data-driven growth mindset and a knack for numbers.Experience with web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics and Excel - must be able to get meaningful insights and KPIs from raw data. · Good knowledge of the crypto market · An innate drive to keep up-to-date in the ever-changing world of paid marketing · Good communication, strategic & analytical skills
