For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Advanced Source-to-Pay AP Coordinator with French and English (Hybrid /Shifts).

For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Advanced Source-to-Pay AP Coordinator with French and English (Hybrid /Shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Resolve invoice queries efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups;
- Enhance AP processes through continuous improvement initiatives;
- Guarantee accurate and on-time supplier payments;
- Oversee AP processing to prevent errors in bookings or payments;
- Ensure smooth document flow and adherence to deadlines;
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX, and company policies;
- Train new hires and support colleagues with system and process knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Excellent French and very good English skills;
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field;
- At least two years of experience in AP, STP, or service desk roles;
- Solid knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes;
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
