For our Advanced Analytics Department we are currently looking for a motivated

Advanced Analytics (senior) expert

The main responsibilities for the position are:

• Develop advanced analytical solutions in the field of risk management, including statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and scoring systems (e.g., application, behavioral, transactional models, as well as parametric models such as PD, LGD, EAD).
• Design and implement business analytics models for areas such as propensity-to-buy, churn prediction, and customer segmentation.
• Support the ongoing monitoring and annual review of the Bank’s internal models to ensure compliance and performance.
• Define key indicators and track model quality, including inputs and outputs, while automating scoring processes for efficiency.
• Address model weaknesses or deficiencies through timely corrective actions such as recalibration and fine-tuning.
• Optimize and automate data flows using T-SQL and Python-based algorithms, ensuring robust and efficient data pipelines.

Our requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in credit risk scoring development or validation, big data modeling, data science, or database design and administration. Seniority will reflect experience and qualifications.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SciPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy (Django experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with big data management, data orchestration tools, and/or cloud-based platforms is a strong advantage.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of data science principles and statistical modeling.
• Ability to optimize data flows and automate processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, result orientation, and time management.

Language: Fluency in English.
