British School of Sofia is the only school in Bulgaria that follows the British National Curriculum. British School of Sofia is looking for an Admission and Marketing Specialist.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor and / or Masters Degree in relevant field;
  • Very good command of English and Bulgarian – both written and spoken;
  • Positive, diplomatic, and confident attitude;
  • Shares the vision of the School and the Head;
  • Excellent communication skills, team player;
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, ability to prioritise tasks;
  • Interest in social media channels and knowledge of the trends;
  • Experience in writing/ creating content is a plus;
  • Previous experience in simitar field would be considered an advantage.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages personal communications with all prospective and newly admitted families;
  • Collaborates with all stakeholders (prospective parents, current parents, teachers and school administration) to support effective admissions activities;;
  • Manages school admissions data and prepares reports;
  • Schedules individual Tours and follow up;
  • Develops, manages and communicates marketing and event strategy plans for the School within marketing and School team;
  • Ensures effective communication;
  • Discovers effective marketing and promotional channels.
