We are expanding our Business Services Operation and are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Executive team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage both strategic executive support and practical office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize internal meetings in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of business travel, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
- Serve as the main point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Gather key information and assist in the preparation and updating of presentations.
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, supplies procurement, and maintaining a well-functioning workplace.
Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
