Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Account Receivable Collector to join the company and contribute their accounting expertise to better organization and the smooth flow of processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module;
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances to ensure timely payment;
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts;
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary;
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular status updates to management;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations;
• Recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience;
• University degree in the field of accounting, finance and economics;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Several years of working experience preferably in large/global organizations;
• Good technical knowledge of MS office;
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines;
• Very good English language skills, additional European languages are beneficial.
